Files accepted and preparing requirements

  4. QuarkXpress 5.0 [PC] and version 6.5 [MAC]
  5. CorelDRAW X3 [PC]

MAKE SURE: • All files are packaged correctly [include ALL relative images and fonts] Illustrator files: ALL images are embedded, text outlined or provide us with fonts.

  1. ALL files are CMYK or Gray scale mode only! NO RGB or Pentone colors
  2. Image resolution must be 300 dpi at a 100% use
  3. for newsprint all black text is a flat black, NOT 4color black

Please supply a proof for all ads – low res PDF or fax.

NOT acceptable file formats: Pagemaker, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Word, Word Perfect.

File Transfer: Electronic files can be transferred as email attachment.

Please Note:Files should be Stuffed [MAC] or Zipped [PC] for better transfer result.
