CFAA Education Seminar – Trouble Shooting Part 1

Two Sessions:

1.           Morning Session:   Serving Continental Breakfast:  7:30 AM to 11:30 am
2.           Afternoon Session:  Serving Light Lunch – 12:00pm – 4:00 pm
Location:  CFAA National Office  85 Citizen Court, Units 3 & 4, Markham, Ontario

Note: Successful completion of a knowledge review following the seminar will provide four (4) Category 1 Continuing Education credits (as per the CFAA CE Credit Submittal Form) to those enrolled in the CFAA Registered Fire Alarm Technician Program.

Seminar or Course Withdrawal, Cancellation and Rescheduling.
If you wish to withdraw from a seminar or course, you must advise the CFAA, in writing, including the official payment receipt. Our policies regarding refunds are:
* More than five business days in advance: a transfer to another course or seminar or a non-refundable credit, valid for one year, for another similar course or seminar can be considered. Financial credits are transferable within your organization/company.
* Less than five business days in advance: you may send someone else to take your place (in-class seminars only) without any additional cost. No refund or credit will be offered or given.
Note: The CFAA reserves the right to cancel or change the date or location of its events**. The CFAA’s responsibility will, under no circumstances, exceed the amount of the fee collected. The CFAA is not responsible for the purchase of non-refundable travel arrangements or accommodations or the cancellation/change fees associated with cancelling them. Please note that once registration is received, the above policies apply. It is recommended to confirm that the seminar or course is running before confirming travel arrangements and accommodations.
Those who fail to show up for the seminar or course they registered for, or those who withdraw without providing sufficient notice as described above, will be subject to the full fee of the seminar or course and will be invoiced for the full cost of the respective seminar or course.
**In the event that the CFAA chooses to cancel a seminar or course, a full refund will be issued to the registrant. We make every effort not to cancel any course. A minimum number of registrants is required for all CFAA seminar or course to be run. If a seminar or course cannot be run due to low registration, participants are offered the option of requesting to be transferred to another similar seminar or a course scheduled for a future date, being issued a credit to be used for a future similar seminar or course or request to be refunded the whole amount paid.
